This Turner Motorsport polyurethane shifter arm bushing replaces the factory rubber bushing at the base of the shift lever assembly with a stiffer 70a polyurethane bushing bonded to a stainless steel sleeve, tightening up shift feel and reducing the play and vagueness that develops as the factory rubber bushing ages. It installs without modification in place of the factory bushing.
