This is a Powerflex Shifter Arm Rear Bushing (Street version), which replaces the soft OE rubber bush at the end of the gear shifter arm on manual-transmission vehicles. The polyurethane replacement tightens up the shift linkage, reducing play and vibration for a more precise, direct shift feel while remaining a durable, cost-effective upgrade over the factory rubber component.
