This power steering hose connects the fluid reservoir to the power steering pump, supplying the pump with fluid on the low-pressure side of the system. Like the OE hose it replaces, it can deteriorate and crack over time, causing a slow fluid leak that eventually starves the pump.

Fitment: BMW E39 525i/528i/530i and E46 323i/323Ci, 325i/325Ci/325xi, 328i/328Ci, and 330i/330Ci/330xi with the M52 or M54 engine.
