This is the OEM front lower control arm bushing set, using the denser rubber compound originally fitted to the 1996-99 E36 M3 and Z3 M models. Compared to the softer bushings used on non-M cars, these reduce deflection under hard cornering and braking for sharper, more direct steering response, and are a popular handling upgrade for standard E36/Z3 models as well as a correct-spec replacement for M3 and M roadster/coupe owners.
