Lightweight alloy replacement for the factory plastic coolant header (expansion) tank, which is a known weak point on the R53 as it ages and cracks. Includes a sight glass for checking coolant level at a glance and an uprated high-pressure filler cap for a stronger cooling system seal. Bolts to the original mounting points and reuses the stock hoses and connectors with no modification required; available in natural silver or black powder-coated finishes.

Fitment: MINI Cooper S, R53 chassis (2001-2006), W11 1.6L supercharged engine. Not for Japanese- or USA-spec cars, which use a different tank.
